FOR WOMEN IN ONLINE BUSINESS WHO WANT TO GROW WITH PURPOSE, LEAD WITH HEART AND STAY TRUE TO THEMSELVES
If you know what to do, but your results don't reflect it yet, this is for you.
Recalibrate: Your 30-Day Practice in Confident Decision Making

There’s a particular kind of frustration that comes from realising you don’t need more information to grow your business, but something still isn’t working.
You understand how online business works. You’ve invested in support, tried different approaches, made sales and seen what’s possible.
Yet, when it comes to the decisions that actually move things forward, something gets in your way.
You revisit things you’ve already thought through
You hesitate over choices that aren’t really new
You find yourself looking for external confirmation before you act, even when part of you already knows what you think

The online business space is full of competing, contradictory advice.
You need a full funnel. You don’t need a website at all, just relationships. Post constantly to train the algorithm. Quality over quantity. Long-form content is dead. Actually, long-form is back…
When you’re already feeling uncertain about your direction, that volume of input doesn’t get sifted, it builds. And underneath it, your own thinking becomes harder to hear.
It’s a self-leadership one.
When your thinking is noisy and crowded, your decisions become inconsistent. Not necessarily in a big way, but in the small repeated ways you delay, change direction too early or too often, or override your own judgement with someone else’s.
Plenty of effort goes in, but it doesn’t build on itself in the way it should.
What changes that isn’t more information, a better framework or waiting until you feel certain.
What changes it is your capacity to hear your own thinking clearly, make decisions from a grounded place and stay with those decisions long enough to evaluate them.
The self-trust you need is built through that process.
That’s what Recalibrate: Your 30-day practice in confident decision making is designed to help you develop.
Over 30 days, you’ll move through four stages:
Notice — becoming aware of where you’ve been outsourcing your authority
Remove — reducing cognitive noise so your own thinking can surface
Decide — rebuilding decision-making from your own judgement
Anchor — creating a stable internal reference point you can return to
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about changing your relationship with how you lead your business, and that shift is more durable than any tactic.

What’s Included
Four in-depth audio sessions
A workbook with daily and weekly prompts
A simple decision-making tool for moments of uncertainty
Instant access and self paced.
There’s no prescribed timetable and no expectation of perfect completion.
You might listen to one audio a week. You might revisit the process multiple times.
The value isn’t in finishing it quickly. It’s in developing a way of thinking you can return to consistently.
When you stop looking outward every time something feels uncertain, your business begins to feel more settled.
You’ll notice fewer reactive pivots, more consistency in your actions and a clearer sense of direction, even when results are still variable.
Your decisions start to follow a coherent line, and that coherence creates momentum, because your actions begin to build on each other rather than pulling in different directions.
You won’t arrive at permanent certainty. That isn’t realistic.
What you develop instead is something more useful: a grounded trust in your own decision-making. So when things feel noisy, results fluctuate or pressure builds, you trust your own direction first.
Why I Created Recalibrate
There was a long period in my own business where I was making decisions constantly, but very few of them felt like my own.
Something wouldn’t work as expected, so I would adjust, change direction or try something new. At the time, it felt like I was being responsive. Like I was doing the right thing.
What I came to understand was that those decisions weren’t coming from a grounded place. They were reactions to what was happening around me.
My decisions were being shaped more by what was happening externally than by any clear internal direction. The result was a business that felt unpredictable, not because the circumstances were unusual, but because there was no internal reference point guiding what I was doing.
I had invested in strategy. I had learned a lot. That wasn’t the issue.
The issue was that I was trying to take on board everything, assuming the answer was somewhere outside me, instead of creating the space to think clearly for myself.
Here’s what I learned in a nutshell:
When you make decisions from your own judgement and stay with them long enough to evaluate them properly, your business starts to feel more settled. The way forward becomes clearer, more coherent and far more sustainable to lead.
This programme has come from that experience.
If we haven’t met before...
Hi, I’m Linden.
I work with women in online business who are experienced, capable and committed, but not seeing the consistency they know they’re capable of.
I’ve been in the online business space for around nine years. Over that time, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat, both in my own work and in others.
When results become inconsistent, the instinct is to look for what’s missing. To work harder, learn more or find a better strategy.

But more often than not, the issue isn’t a lack of information. It’s how decisions are being made under pressure, uncertainty and noise.
My work focuses on that layer of business ownership. The part that determines whether your actions compound, whether your direction holds and whether your business becomes something steady to lead.
Because without that, even good strategy doesn’t translate into consistent results.
You’ve been in business long enough to know that more strategy isn’t the answer.
You’ve made sales, but results haven’t been consistent.
You’re doing a lot, but it isn’t compounding in the way you expected.
You’re ready to stop outsourcing your authority and start leading from a more grounded place.
You’re looking for a step-by-step strategy or business blueprint.
You want someone to tell you exactly what to do.
This programme won’t give you that.

Recalibrate: Your 30-day practice in confident decision making
This isn’t general mindset work. It focuses specifically on how you make decisions in your business. The shift comes from changing how you operate, not just how you think about things.
You don’t need to complete this perfectly or in one go. The programme is designed so that you can return to it whenever you need to.
It will help you make clearer decisions. From there, better decisions tend to follow because they’re based on your own thinking rather than external noise.
If you’re still looking for tactics, it may feel simple. If you’re already experienced but inconsistent, it will likely feel directly relevant.
Some shifts happen quickly in how you notice your thinking. The more meaningful changes come from applying this consistently over time.
No. Strategy still has a place. This work strengthens how you use it, so you’re not constantly second-guessing, switching direction or looking for the next answer.
Final Thought
Uncertainty doesn’t disappear as your business grows.
Results fluctuate, the business environment shifts and new decisions are always required.
What changes is how you respond in those moments.
Whether you look outward for the next answer, or return to your own thinking and lead from there.
